This gastronomic white wine reveals all the expression of our terroir. The attack is fresh, the mouth is intense and rich, the finish spicy.
Partial and discreet ageing in new barrels for 8 months.

40% White Grenache
30% Roussane
20% Vermentino
10% Viognier

Like the pulp of a fresh fruit you bite into.
Pulp white is the vintage of the buddies to drink when young to appreciate its fruit notes and thirst-quenching aroma.

60% Vermentino
35% Viognier
5% Muscat

80% Carignan
20% Syrah and Grenache

When the fiery, peppery and sweetly tannic Mourvèdre combines with my old carignan with red berries.
This wine has character.

70% Mourvèdre
30% Carignan

Cinso is the delicate expression of a 40 year old Cinsault vines.
Red fruits and a hint of pepper for our Languedoc "pinot".

100% Cinsault

L'Orée is the aromatic reflection of the surrounding garrigue, with its smoky and chocolatey notes.
It is My terroir wine. The mouth is supple and full and expresses itself with freshness.

50% Grenache
25% Syrah
25% Cinsault

It is the patiently matured Syrah that makes this complex, rich and silky on the mouth. A powerful and sweet wine at the same time. Aged for 18 months in barrels.

80% Syrah
20% Grenache

Little surprise, sweetness coming from over-ripe grapes vinified patiently long after the end of the harvest.
For chocolate, foie gras or alone as a delicacy.
