grow on clay-limestone slopes with scattered oyster fossils, two parcels are on red stony soils.
The youngest vines were planted in 2008 whilst our Carignan and Alicante are over 80 years old.
We work daily by hand from the pruning to the harvest, sensitive to the needs of our plants and respecful of the local fauna and our environment.
Our yields are naturally low, from 30 to 40 hectoliters/hectare.
